Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin.

the sale of multifamily properties across Texas. A native Houstonian, Vance brings unmatched
insight into the local market, along with a reputation for delivering strategic guidance and

In addition to his transactional work, Vance serves as a trusted advisor to institutional lenders,
providing in-depth analysis on the performance and stability of real estate assets. His advisory
